With great fruit expression in the reds and freshness in the whites, this line has an unmistakable typicity and purity in each of its varieties, standing out among its peers. Part of the wine was aged in oak barrels for 4–6 months to obtain greater complexity in the final blend. Santa Ema Select Terroir Merlot has an intense ruby red color and red fruit aromas like plum with certain toasted notes. The wine is ripe on the palate, smooth, with good balance. Perfect for white meat, pastas, steamed vegetables, and cheese.
