Santa Ema Gran Reserva brings together tradition and modernity, reflect in the complex and elegant wines. This line continues the tradition, recognition, and consistency. The wine was barrel aged for 8–10 months to obtain and deliver greater complexity and structure. Santa Ema Gran Reserva Syrah is deep ruby red with violet flints. The very expressive and vibrant aromas show notes of blackberry and tart cherry mixed with notes of spice, black olive, and flowers. The wine is balanced on the palate with good concentration and volume and a long, juicy, fruity finish. It’s ideal with spicy stews, charcuterie, game, and aged cheeses.
