This rich, fruit-driven, Carménère, is intensely red in colour. Chile’s signature grape needs a long growing season to reach its full potential, perfect in the country’s long hot summers. Distinctive flavours of raisin, vanilla and delicate hints of red pepper. It is a fruity but mature wine with elegant and well rounded tannins. This wine pairs well with spicy and oily foods, and also with red meat.
