This super premium Estate Bottled Cuvée comes from the vineyards of Alto Maipo, the most prestigious of Chile’s viticultural areas. The vineyards lie several hundred metres above sea level. At this height the nights are cooler, which slows ripening and produces a rich, fruit-driven wine. This Cuvée is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Carménère (25%), Petit Verdot (15%) and Syrah (15%). It is only produced in years of exceptional vintages.
This wine is intense, well-structured and incredibly balanced. It has a long, persistent finish with notes of fresh blackberries. Perfect with barbecued meats.
