the Langhorne Creek components and an attractive rich plummy flavour and soft tannins from the McLaren Vale Shiraz. This is a time honoured blend, combining the structure and freshness of Cabernet Sauvignon with the generous fruit-sweet flavours and soft tannins of Shiraz. Skillful maturation in small French oak adds subtle notes of cedar and tobacco.
