This 3rd vintage release comes from what is considered a truly great year for Pinot Noir. This is reflected in the blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier. 30% has been fermented in seasoned oak barriques that help to develop flavour and complexity. An intensely aromatic and expressive style of Rosé with a vibrant salmon/pink colour that gives you the first hint of what is to come. With 30 months ageing on yeast lees this wine has the structure to go on for many years to come. With two trophies and multiple gold medals from previous releases this wine has a lot to live up to and we’re confident it does just that. Enjoy on release and for the next 10 years.
